Anxiety neurosis is a mental illness which is relatively mild in form and characterized by extreme agitation distress which mainly occurs without any obvious cause. Types
The signs and symptoms of anemia vary depending on the cause and includes:
Panic disorder: Mainly sudden anxiety that occurs without warning.
Agoraphobia: avoiding specific situations, such as crowded places or public places, from which they can’t easily escape.

Causes

Chemical messengers (neurotransmitters) in the brain involved in anxiety include serotonin, gamma-aminobutyric acid and norepinephrine. - Panic disorder when recurring panic attacks, which come on unpredictably without any clear strong trigger. Symptoms can be associated with chest pain, heart palpitations, and shortness of breath, trembling, dizziness, nausea, hot flashes or chills, feeling of loss of control or fear of dying. The attack duration may last for 10 minutes or less, but it can last longer also.
- Agoraphobia fearing situation, places where crowds gather, public places, from which they can’t easily escape or even get help. They also suffer from panic disorder. Fear of having another panic attack may leads to avoid similar situation/place that may trigger another panic attack.
- Specific Phobias fear for animals, storms, heights or flying. Symptoms can include sweating, dizziness. Person may go to extreme to avoid the situation they fear for.
- Social anxiety disorder, also known as social phobia due to shyness or excessive anxiety in social situations where people fear being embarrassed or being made fun of. Situations that can trigger social anxiety include small group discussion, going to a party, dating and playing sports. Common symptoms such as dryness of mouth, sweating and blushing. Person with social phobia often try to avoid social situations that cause anxiety.
- Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) it is associated with continual excessive anxiety and worry about many things (such as money, children and health). There is no specific source of fear. Symptoms include Trembling, fast heartbeats, and dizziness, dry mouth, sleeping problems and poor concentration.
Complications of anxiety disorders such as feelings of inadequacy or depression, because people with these conditions are irrational and damaging towards their own lives. Depression is particularly common with anxiety disorders.
